The Gens Ace 2S 35C G-Tech LiPo Battery Pack is designed to deliver maximum capacity, reliable power, and big performance for the Arrma Grom 223S and NASCAR series of vehicles. Coupled with G-Tech from Gens Ace you'll be able to get the most performance and reliability. With a 35C discharge rate and a 1C maximum charge rate, it offers consistent performance and quick charging to keep you having fun for longer. Featuring a soft case for better fitment, this battery has innovative tech that fits more milliampere-hours (mAh).

Gens Ace batteries have been proven within the Radio Control community to deliver reliable and consistent performance for all modelers alike. All Gens Ace batteries offer superior cell matching at the factory and are extremely consistent in selecting matched cells after each and every batch produced. Additionally, low internal resistance (IR), offers modelers stable voltage output through the whole duration of the battery.

IMPORTANT LITHIUM POLYMER SAFETY INFORMATION

• DO NOT leave a battery in your model when charging
• DO NOT leave lithium batteries unattended when charging
• ALWAYS balance charge lithium battery
• ALWAYS use a LiPo Safe charging bag/box
• YOU MUST use a Li-Poly specific charger to charge lithium batteries (NiMH or NiCD only chargers WILL NOT WORK!)
• YOU MUST not over discharge lithium battery packs
• READ & UNDERSTAND the instructions carefully before operating this battery

NOTE: When using high energy Li-Polymer Batteries, please do not over-discharge or over-charge batteries as this will result in overheated batteries. Discharging capacity can't exceed 80% of the max capacity of the pack after full charging to ensure a good cycle performance. It is recommended to fully charge a brand new battery before using and only discharge the battery 50% for the first 5 cycles. Always monitor race time and/or set a low voltage warning on ESC (End voltage cannot be lower than 3.2v per cell). Do not use a battery that has too low a voltage. Do not expose batteries to sunshine or store/charge batteries at temperatures above 35°C or in a closed car. The high-temperature environment could cause damage to the pack or make it burst. If the battery becomes hot while fast charging, high current discharging, or racing, do not charge it until it has cooled completely. Wait about 20 mins, then inspect prior to recharging. Shipping

• eBay estimated delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee of delivery during the stated time periods.  We cannot be held responsible for shipping carrier delays.

• USPS Express shipping is not a guaranteed overnight service to all areas. Also upgrading to an express shipping method does not account for processing time on our end (see below term).

• eBay stated “Will usually ship within 1 business day”, usually does occur but is not a guarantee.   Selecting a shipping upgrade, upgrades the time in transit only.

• We do not allow local pick-ups or drop-offs.

• Most orders ship within two business days or less.

• Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday.

• Orders placed over weekends usually ship Monday.

• Expedited shipping is available, email for pricing.

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US territories customers may be required to pay additional shipping costs.  Seller has right to cancel order if customer does not wish to pay costs.

• Refused or undeliverable orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

• Shipping carrier may differ based on buyer's location or seller's discretion.

Returns

• Any defective item may be exchanged for the exact same item within 30 days of purchase only. Most products that we sell come with a full 1 year warranty. If your product becomes defective after the 30 day exchange period, we will either send your item out for repair or exchange the item at our discretion. Our customer is responsible for incurring any necessary shipping costs to return the defective item back to us. We will cover any shipping charges to return your new replacement item back to our you at no additional charge.

• A return authorization number must be issued by us before any products are accepted for return or exchange. Items without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused. Please email us directly for your return authorization number.

• Most times, if a purchase was made in error or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase to us, once you have gone through the return authorization procedure, within 30 days of the original purchase date. There are certain products that do not qualify for this 30 day return Policy. If concerned, please email us to see if the product in question qualifies before making your purchase.

• A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on any return for credit or refund and shipping charges will not be refunded, with no exceptions. Any item being returned for either credit or exchange must be in like-new condition and must be returned with all original manufacturer's packaging and packing materials, and must include all accessories and manuals that were originally included. Any item received back that is not returned in this condition will be refused at the buyer's expense and your return authorization number will become invalid.
